Derek started the original Company and has been instrumental in the initiation of The Hyhause Group Ltd, grasping the opportunity to achieve a long-standing ambition to develop a facilities management business. Derek has worked in the roofing and associated construction industry for 35 years and has amassed a knowledge and contact list to rival anyone in the industry. Experienced in laying all aspects of roof coverings, and running refurbishment contracts throughout the country, Derek has the knowledge and drive to ensure the successful running of the business from an operational perspective. Derek is the primary contact for new business and focusses his time on obtaining new contracts and maintaining good relationships with key clients.
Contracts Administration Manager
Sophia is a highly educated mature young businesswomen who has extensive experience in the building sector. Sophia started as a receptionist and administration assistant and has grown in to a senior role of responsibility for customer service support and contracts management. She is highly regarded by our customers and is the ‘go to’ person to find solutions and get things done in the office. She has outstanding communication skills. In addition, Sophia directly manages a number of client contracts within her day to day role. Sophia is expanding her knowledge and experience and is to shortly embark on further professional studies to enhance her own position and to benefit the business.
We engage the expertise of external suppliers to provide services that we do not have the necessity to employ in house, mainly due to the occasional nature of their tasks. We have a strong network of industry professionals that we can use to help in areas such as surveying and design, as well as services such as accountancy, health and safety and legal services.
As well as professional services used on an ad hoc basis, we also have an excellent supply of specialist sub-contractors available to provide services such as scaffolding and licenced asbestos removal.
